Shri Arvind Kumar is the Director General of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI). Before joining STPI, he was working in Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) since 2004. As advisor in TRAI, he was responsible for formulating policies on broadband, data security & privacy issues, manufacturing, DTH, IPTV, TV broadcasting and OTT, after having worked since 1997 in the Indian Government run premier technology centre, C-DoT, in various capacities.
He also has worked with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as Rapporteur on the issues related to Migration to Next Generation Network (NGN) including OTT, cloud computing, security and privacy related issues. Shri Kumar holds an MTech degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India.

Dr. Devesh Tyagi is Senior Director, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI). He has more than 26 years of experience in IT/ESDM sector. He has been actively involved in the promotion of IT/ESDM sector and also working for the promotion of entrepreneurship, innovation and product creation in the country. He has also been involved in various policy formations for IT/ESDM sector. Prior to joining STPI, he served National Informatics Centre (NIC) in various capacities. He has a wide range of experience in Project Management and Software development. He possesses strong technical capabilities and delivered lot of remarkable projects during this period. Shri Tyagi has earned his B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Marathawada University and Masters Degree from BITS, Pilani.
Dr. Ganesh Natarajan (Chief Mentor of CoE - MOTION and Founder of 5F World)
Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Executive Chairman and Founder of 5F World, a platform for Digital Start-ups, Skills and Social Ventures in the country. He is the Chairman of Global Talent Track, a pioneer in Employability Skills Training in Asia and Skills Alpha, a new digital platform venture to transform learning processes in organizations and society.
Dr. Ganesh is Global Board Director and Chairman of the India Board of Social Venture Partners and Chairman of Pune City Connect, a unique collaborative platform that enables corporations to work with the Government on social and city innovation.
Shri Ajay Prasad Shrivastava (Director, STPI Maharashtra & Goa and Director, STPINEXT and CEO, MOTION CoE & FASAL CoE, Pune)
Shri Ajay Prasad Shrivastava is Jurisdictional Director of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI-Maharashtra & Goa), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India.
He is responsible for promotion of Software Exports from these States along with implementation of various policies in IT/ITeS and ESDM sector,
he is profoundly contributing for growth of High Speed Data Communication services, incubation services and setting up of Centre of Entrepreneurship (CoE) for new & emerging technologies.
He possesses over 25 years of experience in STPI. Throughout, he was actively involved in advancing the IT/ESDM sectors across Rajasthan, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and parts of Haryana.
During his tenure at Mohali, he spearheaded the establishment of one of the largest Incubation and Data Center Facilities, spanning 1.40 Lac square feet, known as the "Neuron" Center of Entrepreneurship
in AI/Data Analytics, IoT, and AVG. This facility has 600 dedicated co-working seats, approximately thirty thousand square feet of warm shell space with specialized labs for AI/Data Analytics, IoT,
and AVG, alongside access to technocrat mentorship, mentorship programs and VC funding.
Furthermore, he was accountable for the construction and operation of a 200 Racks, Tier III Standard Data Center, catering to the needs of State Governments, Central Government and Corporates.
His expertise encompasses IP Networking with Global routing, Network Security, Data Center management, Open-Source Product Development, Ubiquitous Computing, Virtualization,
Containerization AI/ML Infrastructure and nurturing young entrepreneurs/startups in Information Technology.
Shri Subodh Sachan (Director, STPI-HQ and Director & Chief Innovation Officer, STPINEXT)
Shri Subodh Sachan, Director STPI Head Quarter and Director & Chief Innovation Officer of STPINEXT, is heading pan-India startup initiatives of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) including establishment of domain specific Centres of Entrepreneurship in emerging technologies like IoT, AI, BlockChain, AR/VR etc. An IIT Roorkee and IIM Bangalore alumnus, is a senior professional from the Industry who has joined STPI as Director after working in the Industry at Global level in various capacities. He has worked in diversified areas of the technology industry, a major portion of which is into telecom & related fields. In particular, he has been part of start-ups in leadership role, right from inception to successful listing of the company (IPO). On the other side of the industry spectrum, he has also been part of senior management in MNCs and global telecom behemoths like Motorola and Nokia. He has successfully headed the Bangalore chapter of IIM Ahmedabad’s Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE).
